Since 2009, I have provided quality care to clients in Solvang, the Santa Ynez Valley, the Central Coast, and across Northern California. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor (CATC), I specialize in addiction recovery, trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, and emotional wellness for children, adults, and families.

I accept CenCal and other Medi-Cal plans, and offer both in-person sessions in Solvang and telehealth throughout California. Whether you’re struggling with substance use, the effects of trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you move forward.
